Mariam Kilpatrick is a highly specialized Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with nearly two decades of clinical experience. Since graduating from the University of Otago (NZ) in 2007, she has developed a reputation as a leader in Women’s Health in Glasgow.
A cornerstone of Mariam’s practice is her mastery of Clinical Pilates, with nearly 20 years of experience in both practice and teaching. Certified by both the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and Dance Medicine Australia (DMA), she is a specialist in utilizing Pilates as a high-level rehabilitative tool.
Following her own transition to motherhood in 2017, Mariam dedicated her practice to supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. As an ultra-endurance hill runner, she is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between pelvic health and high-performance sport Mariam has guided hundreds of new mothers to return safely to exercise, running and a healthier lifestyle through evidence-based rehabilitation and core strenthening.
